All products are safe at home with children and pets. We have customers in places like HI printing with tropical birds in the shop....like the canary in the mine. Septic systems are safe, but if you are worried, we will provide simple, extra instructions how to prevent particulates from going down the drain.

Now, make up your own Shop Set-Up Package by substituting for the Press and/or Flash Dryer. Prices are on www.rjennings.com

Optional - Conveyor Dryer

Many models to select from. Prices start at $2200 and go up according to length, width, features. Initially you can full cure, typically 60 seconds of heat, with the flash dryer, but production will be limited to about 35 shirts per hour. You can print 120 shirts per hour with a one color design. The limit on production is not an inconvenience on short run orders, but is when printing say 300 shirts. Conveyors also produce more consistent curing of inks. However, starting out, this cost can be avoided by working more hours. Then later buy a conveyor out of the profits of the business.

Shipping

Above costs are plus shipping, since we do not know if you can pick up at the factory, are located in CA, Africa or elsewhere. Distance and method of shipping affect cost. All the items listed above ship by FedEx Ground, the least cost method. Certain models of presses and all conveyor dryers ship by common carrier.

Getting Started

Now, to get started, don't spend any money. Don't buy any equipment or supplies. Instead, create your Sales Plan. Contact Roger Jennings at 800-500-2279 or 518-798-227 or at roger@rjennings.com, and he will explain our approach to sales and maximizing your profitability. This information is best obtained by phone, but use email, if you must. Have a large pad of paper and several pens ready when you call. You might be on the phone an hour or more. The Sales Plan will affect how you approach your markets, what equipment you buy, and your income. This is a critical first step. Next, training. We will explain how we train you without you leaving your home. We use a building block approach that makes the process for you easy and quick based on our experience of training people by different methods for over 30 years. Training is available only to people who buy R Jennings equipment.
If you bought equipment from another manufacturer, you should consult them for training. We cannot produce the highest quality work and highest profits using equipment and supplies we do not recommend
